The #spider that was living in my stoop disappeared a few days ago. Pretty sure I just saw him crawling across my living room. I tried to catch him in a plastic container with no luck. He ran away very quickly under the TV. He’s not small. But he’s not large either. Fuck…

So it has been about two and a half weeks since I went to an asana class, let alone actually practice any asana while at home. I’ve been doing more stretching than anything to maintain a decent-feeling body. I’m nervous and excited to get back to the studio. I need the discipline again to maintain mental clarity. And it’ll help relight my spark. Yay #yoga!

The sky was just so crazy today. I kept hoping the clouds would burn off, which they didn’t, but the air stayed warm. So that was nice at least. #nofilter #nature #sky

#yoganatomy day 12 pose was low lunge. This one is very lovely for the hip flexos, so I quite enjoy it (along with lizard pose of course too). Crescent lunge is also delicious, but feeling it in the hip flexors and the glutes is sometimes hard to find. So this is usually a good modifier.
